Tiffany Hogan

Dr. Hogan completed her hematology Oncology fellowship training at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine in 2016 and joined Kaiser Permanente -Los Angeles Medical center directly after fellowship. She was recently recognized with the facility-wide Walter Lusk Award for Outstanding Patient Care. She serves as the medical center’s Physician Leader of the Equity Inclusion & Diversity program, a role in which she has developed and delivered curricula across the medical center aimed at helping to be the most equitable medical center. She is an Assistant Program Director for the KP Internal Medicine Residency Program, and she recently joined the core faculty of the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J Tyson School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences. Her research interests are in cancer care disparities in which she has utilized KP’s robust databases to complete studies examining mortality differences in patients diagnosed with cancer in Southern California by socioeconomic status and race/ethnicity, and how a well-organized healthcare system can influence outcomes
