I specialize in tropical plants in New Guinea, working as a Tropical Botanist/Ecologist based at the LAE National Herbarium, Papua New Guinea Forest Research Institute. My research focuses on Forest Botany, Plant Taxonomy, Plant Ecology, Plant Conservation, and Invasive Weed Management. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Botany at the University of South Bohemia, with my research centered on investigating how tree species traits contribute to coexistence in tropical forest.
