Thomas Maal full professor 3D Technology in Healthcare and director of the 3D Lab of the Radboud University Medical Centre in Nijmegen. The aim of this 3D Lab is to facilitate and implement technological innovations in daily clinical practice and provide patient specific solutions. At the moment the 3D Lab is involved in over 15 department in the Radboudumc hospital. During his work he developed a passion for research and supervised numourous PhD theses. He is an active member of different national committees concerning the implementation of new technology in healthcare.
