Thinh Quang Dinh

Thinh Quang Dinh (Member, IEEE) received the BEng (Hons.) degree in electrical and electronic engineering (specializing in telecommunications) from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam, in 2013, and the PhD degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), in 2019 under the President's Graduate Fellowship. In 2018, he was a visiting student with the Wireless Computing Laboratory, University of Toronto. In 2019, he was a data scientist with Trusting Social. He was honored with the 2020 IEEE Stephen O. Rice Prize. His research interests include machine learning, edge computing, and satellite internet.
