Research Interest I study zoonosis infection with the current interests on 1) improving diagnostic, investigating the virulence, pathogenesis, epidemiology and immunology of S. suis infection; 2) investigating antimicrobial use and antimicrobial resistance in bacteria with their potential zoonotic transmission via agriculture / farming/ food chain production; 3) identifying a potential and feasible intervention to reduce zoonotic transmission and AMU; 4) improving knowledge to change behaviours of studied community via public engagement activities and social science study.
