As a Scientist in Plant Pathology section, I am working mainly on detection and diagnosis of major/emerging diseases infecting Plantation crops. Also I am working on the development of rapid detection tools for the major pathogens in Coconut, arecanut and cocoa. I am very much interested in developing the biocontrol formulations for the management of soil borne Plant pathogens in the Plantation system.
