I have background in studying population ecology. Past projects included: Cameraria ohridella in Sweden, dynamics in invasive species populations, climate change effects on population dynamics and also looking at different environmental effects on moth life stages. Currently working in the field of bioinformatics. Past projects include lncRNA identification and tool comparison, joint models, comparative genomic analysis (with Lionel Guy, UU) and metagenomic analysis (with Anna Rosling, UU)
