Taynná Vernalha Rocha Almeida

Ph.D. in Biotechnology, emphasis on Imaginology, Radiological Protection and Radiotherapy (2014-2018). Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, emphasis on Medical Physics (2011-2013) and graduation in Technology in Radiology (UTFPR 2006-2010). Between 2015 and 2017, I did an exchange in Italy, where I was a visiting student at the Politecnico di Milano in partnership with Sapienza, University of Rome. Professionally I worked for four years in the Nuclear Medicine area (scintigraphy, radiopharmacy, quality control, iodotherapy, PET / CT, clinical research). I have experience in bone densitometry, radiotherapy, dosimetry, and mammography. In the academic / research area, I was a member of the Research Ethics Committee with Human Beings of FPP (2014-2015) and collaborator in oncological research at the São Sebastião Radiotherapy Center (2014-2015). Today, I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Postgraduate Program in Health Sciences - PPGCiS (UFAM) by the National Academic Cooperation Program (PROCAD / CAPES) in the Amazon; it is part of two Research Groups (CNPq Directory), entitled "Multimodal Approaches to Cancer" (FCECON) and "Tropical Pathology" (FMT-HVD); Furthermore, I work as a teacher (Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance, Industrial Radiology, and Ultrasonography) at CEUNI-FAMETRO - MANAUS.
