Tamara Dapcevic-Hadnađev holds a PhD in food technology (2013) from the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad. She is a Senior Research Assistant at the Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad and an Associated Professor at Faculty of Pharmacy, University Business Academy, Novi Sad. Her main research activity focuses on understanding the effects of processing on the interactions among food biopolymers, as well as their role on the quality of final products with particular attention to c
