Takayasu Ito

Takayasu Ito was born in Yamanashi, Japan, on February 25, 1970. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the National Defense Academy, Yokosuka, Japan, in 1994, and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, in 1997. In 1998, he joined Semiconductor and Integrated Circuits, Hitachi, Ltd., Tokyo, Japan. In 2003, he moved to Renesas Technology Corporation, Tokyo. Since 1998, he has been working on the development of on-chip regulator circuits.
