Y.C. Lee

H. Y. Lee received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 1999 and the M.E. degree in electronic engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2001. He is a Memory Design Engineer at Macronix International Company, Ltd., Hsinchu, Taiwan. His research has focused on the field of nonvolatile memory development.
