Thierry Leichle

Thierry Leïchlé received the Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Génie Physique and the M.S. degree in microelectronic materials from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées, Toulouse, France, in 1999, the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in microtechnology from the Université de Toulouse III, Toulouse, in 2006. After completing a Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Laboratoire d'Analyse et d'Architecture des Systèmes, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, Toulouse, he joined the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., where he is currently a Postdoctoral Scholar. His research interests focus on the development of micro(nano)electromechanical systems and fluidic devices for biotechnology applications, e.g., biomolecular patterning, sensing, and imaging.
