Our research group is actively conducting extensive research on the potentials of Aloe vera extract and other medicinal plants and their bioactive constituents in the alleviation of diabetes. Further profiling and identification of bioactive fractions responsible for the antidiabetic potential are being carried out in animal models as well as in different cell lines.These studies will further add value to the product which could be used in developing an Ayurvedic nutraceutical product/supplement
