Swarup Roy is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Food Technology and Nutrition, Lovely Professional University. Previously he worked at School of Bioengineering and Food Technology, Shoolini University, India. Previously, he also worked as postdoctoral researcher at the BioNanocomposite Research Center, Kyung Hee University, South Korea. His current research work is based on preparation and application of biopolymer composite material for active and smart food packaging
