个人简介
Susana is the founder of Culture Setting (www.business-setting.com), a company specialized in Leadership & Culture Development. She has 20 years of experience in facilitating Human Capital Development. She is an accredited Coach (PCC), and a Systemic Team Coach (https://www.linkedin.com/in/susana-carvalho-84a356/)
She specialized in the last decade on the role of leadership in cultural transformation and OD, having done her PhD in Economic Sociology, Labour, and Organizations, specifically in the field of Leadership and Organizational Development, in 2018.
She believes that human development and economic development are interdependent, in as much as leadership development and business growth. This belief defines her approach to work.
She is faculty at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, for the last 12 years, Invited Teacher at Nova SBE for the Executive Programmes and faculty for the Presencing Institute since 2021.
She is also the Leadership Circle Ambassador in Portugal, and member of the international community of the Leadership Circle Practitioners (TLC). The Leadership Circle Model unifies all the leadership theory and research for Creative Leadership Development in the world, with the mission of evolving the conscious practice of leadership.
