Sung Haeng Cho

Sung Haeng Cho received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in physical chemistry from Seoul National University in 1996, 1998, and 2003, respectively. From 2003 to 2005, he joined RIKEN, Japan, as a Post Doctoral Fellow to research the ultrafast dynamics of solvated electrons using the femtosecond photoelectron imaging. From 2005 to 2012, he researched to develop LTPS TFTs on a-Si backplane for gate driver integration and oxide semiconductor TFTs for large-sized, high-resolution, high speed display in Samsung Display. Since 2012, he joined Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, South Korea. His current research has been focused on the development of high mobility and high-speed oxide TFTs for large area electronics, such as display and sensors.
