Sumit Majumder (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2007, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada, in 2011 and 2020, respectively. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Chattogram, Bangladesh. His research interests include wearable sensors, biomedical signal processing, machine learning, assistive technologies, and pattern recognition.
