Dr Steven Trankle is a research fellow with the School of Medicine at Western Sydney University (WSU). His background is in psychology. He has been with WSU since 2005 completing his undergraduate degree in 2007, his Honours in 2008 and his PhD in 2013. He teaches behavioural science, abnormal psychology and health psychology. He supervises student research. His research interests are in mental health, integrated health care and end of life care. He has expertise with multiple research methods and is currently evaluating a cancer screening initiative being implemented by a local health organisation.
