Stevan Dubljevic (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree from Belgrade University, Belgrade, Serbia, in 1997, the M.Sc. degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree from the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science, University of California at Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2005. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada. His research focuses on systems engineering, with the emphasis on model predictive control of distributed parameter systems.
