Stefan Malzer

Stefan Malzer received the Ph.D. degree in semiconductor physics from the University of Erlangen–Nuremberg, Erlangen, Germany, in 1991. He has been a Staff Member with the Institute of Condensed Matter, University of Erlangen–Nuremberg, where he is involved in III-V-optoelectronic research projects on quantum dots and high speed optoelectronics. He has co-authored 80 papers in international journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include terahertz-generation by photomixing in semiconductor nanostructures.
