I studied Physics at the University of Ioannina. Having followed a technological direction during my BSc, my MSc was in Automation Systems / Control and Robotic Systems, at the School of Mechanical Engineering, of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Thereafter I was for one year PhD candidate at the School of Mining & Metallurgical Engineering of NTUA, at the scientific research area of Electronic Materials. Following I worked as researcher at the National Institute of Research and Development for Technical Physics (NIRDTP), at Iasi of Romania, within the Marie Curie Research Training Network named SPINSWICTH. In parallel I did my PhD at the Physics Department of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, at Iasi of Romania. The scientific research area was the Magnetic Nano-Materials. Now i am working as Postdoc researcher at the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources Management of University of Patras, withing the scientific program named Cool-Nano. Part of my work during the Postdoc, the PhD studies but during the master degree as well, has been published in ISI journals and has also been presented at international conferences. Interested in the general area of Applied Physics and Technology.
