Sorin BURLACU is Associate Professor, PhD - member of the Department of Administration and Public Management within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. In 2009 he defended his doctorate with a thesis in the field of management entitled "Advanced training systems through electronic communication techniques". Main activities and responsibilities A. Didactic activities, year projects, practical and laboratory works 1. Holder of the courses Office Automation (1st year), Digital Public Administration (2nd year), Digital Systems for Human Resources (3rd year) – bachelor's degree, Computer Systems applied in Human Resources Management (2nd year master's), Projects in the Public Sector ( second year master's degree) 2. Lectures and seminar activities complementary to the disciplines: Elements of Urban Planning (first year, bachelor's), Management of Public Investments, Management of Transport Services (third year, bachelor's); 3. Guiding the completion of diploma projects (bachelor's and master's); 4. Practical and laboratory works according to the educational plan. 5. Management and maintenance of a computer laboratory with 35 seats. B. Scientific research activities in economic management and public management within the Department of Administration and Public Management. 1 book published as the sole author, 3 books published as a co-author, over 100 articles published in specialist magazines at home and abroad, indexed in international databases, participation in over 50 international conferences held in the country or abroad, member in more than 20 research projects financed on a competitive basis (including projects co-financed by European funds).
