Bio
We are interested in understanding the mechanisms that underlie the development of the brain and in particular the structural development of neuronal connectivity. Using a combination of genome edited and patient derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) we are focusing on eadosomal signaling mechanisms and chromatin regulatory mechanisms and how they modulate neuronal arborization
