Bio
Siti Armiza Mohd Aris (Senior Member, IEEE) is from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering (microelectronics) and the M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, in 1998 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA, in 2016. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur at the Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics. Her current research interests include EEG signal processing, bio-signal processing, psychophysiological interactive tools, bio-signal monitoring tools, data mining, sentiment analysis, and machine learning. She is a senior member of IEEE Malaysia Section, the IEEE EMBS Malaysia Society, and the IEEE Signal Processing Society Malaysia Chapter. In 2016, her research paper was recognized by the IEEE WIE and awarded as the best research paper for her outstanding work.
