My research interests lie in two fields - Organic Chemistry: medicinal chemistry of small bioactive molecules and their interactions with protein targets; application of NMR spectroscopy for the determination of molecular structure, and natural products chemistry. Science Education: curriculum design, construction and assessment; facilitating development of skills; classroom practice; and student attitudes to learning.
