Biofilm detection in UPEC by semi-quantitative method and pga A and pgaC genes were detected by multiplex pcr. Inhibition of biofilm production by actinomycetales and myxobacteriales extracts, plants extracts as well as bacteriophage. My research interest is production of bioactive compounds like Cyanacobalamin, vitamins, proteins, antibiotics, etc.from genetically modified organism, actinomycetes, myxobacteria, etc. Moreover, direct pathogenic identification by gene sequencing is my interest.
