Shin-Ei Kudo

Shuichi Kudo received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 2000 and 2002, respectively. In 2002, he joined the Devices and Analysis Technology Division, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. In 2010, he joined Renesas Electronics Corporation and is currently engaged in development of advanced process evaluation and failure analysis by using advanced physical analysis technology. He is a member of the Japanese Society of Microscopy. He is also a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
