Dr. Shibiao Wan is an Assistant Professor at University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and also the Assistant Director for Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Core at UNMC. With >13 years of experience in machine learning, bioinformatics, and computational biology, Dr. Wan has published >50 articles in prestigious journals. Dr. Wan's lab focuses on single cell analysis, multi-omics analysis, spatial transcriptomics and machine learning for intelligent healthcare and precision medicine.
