Started my research working on the synthesis of nucleoside analogs and glycosides counterparts that could have contributed to multiple chemotherapeutic effects. Currently, I shifted my research are to work on improving the selectivity of some drugs that inhibit PDF, HDAC, and COX iso-enzymes non-selectively. Also, creating new scaffolds with anticipated more privileged bio-availability of these drugs taking bio-isostere and ring equivalence as strategies to emerge new analogs.
