Presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow. before joining this university. He has also worked in various Universities and Institutions like Banaras Hindu University(BHU), Varanasi; Defence Scientific Documentation Centre (DESIDOC), New Delhi; Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences(RGUHS), Bangalore; National Centre of Science Information, Indian Institute of Science IISc), Bangalore; Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He has more than 20 years of experience of teaching and working. He has guided four PhD,Thirteen M.Phil. and seventy five PG Students. He has contributed more than 130 papers to national and international journals, books and conferences.
