Shangchen Fu

Shangchen Fu received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering and automation from PLA Aviation School, Beijing, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the PLA University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, in 2015. He is currently a Lecturer with the National Key Laboratory on Electromagnetic Environmental Effects and Electro-Optical Engineering, Army Engineering University of PLA, Nanjing, China. His research interests include structural health monitoring (SHM) and lightning strike protection of composites.
