Shamila Nabi Khan

Shamila Nabi Khan (PhD in business administration, MPhil in business administration, MBA in finance and marketing) is working as an Associate Professor at the Lahore School of Economics. She teaches research and management courses to BBA/BSc, MBA and P-MBA and MPhils. Shamila has diverse research interests in areas of the Management field. She builds primarily on management and organizational theory (MOT) bridging micro and macro theories and concepts. Much of her work build on resource based view, stakeholder theory and sensemaking theory. She enjoys research in OB/HR, strategy, and Corporate Social Responsibility with methodological plurality and rigour in statistical analysis. Her research is published in top ranked journals.
