Shahrin Md. Ayob

Shahrin Bin Md Ayob (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He received the degree in electrical engineering, the master’s degree in electrical engineering (power), and the Ph.D. degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, in 2001, 2003, and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is also a registered Graduate Engineer under the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM). His current research interests include solar photovoltaic systems, electric vehicle technology, fuzzy systems, and evolutionary algorithms for power electronics applications.
