Serena Ricci received the master’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Genova, Italy, designing the first prototype of eBSim, and the Ph.D. degree in bioengineering and robotics from the University of Genova, in collaboration with the CUNY School of Medicine, New York City, NY, USA. From 2016 to 2019, she worked as a Research Assistant with the Neuroplasticity Laboratory, New York City College. She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Joint Lab for Emerging Technologies in Simulation, University of Genova. Her research interests include medical simulation and EEG data analysis.
