Sen Liu

Sen Liu received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic science and technology from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 2010, 2012, and 2018, respectively. He is currently a Lecturer with the College of Electronic Science, National University of Defense Technology. His research interests include conductive bridge resistive random access memory and oxide material memristor.
