Sebastian Mackowski

Sebastian Maćkowski received the Ph.D. degree in solid state physics from the Institute of Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. He is currently a Full Professor at the Institute of physics, Nicolaus Copernicus University, Torun, Poland and President of the Baltic Institute of Technology, Gdynia, Poland. His scientific interests focus on applying advanced fluorescence spectroscopy and imaging to study interactions in hybrid nanostructures, including proteins, metallic nanostructures, graphene, nanocrystals, polymers, and alike.
