Sebastian Heinzel

I am a biologist/neuroscientist with longstanding interest and work experience in statistics and interdisciplinary clinical research. My interests include data analysis of clinical data (prospective cohort studies), novel technologies (wearables, movement sensors), biomarkers (e.g. microbiome), and epidemiological/healthcare data (registers/insurance claims). My research focusses on prediction and progression markers of Parkinson's disease using these diverse and complement data sources.
