With a professional background ranging from scientific researcher and manager of an SME company to information strategist, consultant and coach, I have a wide experience in various healthcare & business environments. Currently working with Odysseus Data Services on harmonisation of anonymised health records to the OMOP common data model and the creation of a EU-wide architecture for federated research using real-world, observational clinical data - as part of the EHDEN and OHDSI communities. My main drive is to empower people and organizations, challenging them to make better use of available knowledge and information. I often aim to strengthen collaboration practices and processes from the perspective of the end-user. As project manager or consultant I seek to challenge and accommodate people to let innovations and (new) business models take shape from the ground up.
