Scott Doyle received his Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering in 2011 from Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ. His research focus is on developing computer decision-support systems for pathologists to quantitatively analyze patient data, detect and diagnose disease, and develop optimal treatment plans. Currently, he is employed as the Director of Research at Ibris, Inc., a start-up founded to commercialize the research performed during the course of his thesis work. Dr. Doyle has been awarded the Department of Defense Predoctoral Fellowship award for his prostate cancer research.
