Saran Pankaew

I am a Ph.D. student at Center of Immunology Marseille Luminy (CIML). My interest is in the field of computational systems biology, especially in the approach of network and mathematical models to understand cell fate decisions. I recently graduate master in systems and synthetic biology from the University of Evry, Paris-Saclay and worked as a summer student at MRC Cancer Unit. I've been working mainly on logical models (such as Boolean or multivariate logical model). I also have some experiences with gene expression analysis using R and hands-on molecular biology works.
