I am currently a Scientist at the KITE Research Institute at University Health Network (KITE-UHN), and at the LIFEspan Service at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute-UHN, and an Assistant Professor (status) in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto (U of T) with cross appointments at the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute and the Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation (IHPME) at the U of T. I received my PhD in Health Services Research-Outcomes & Evaluation and Knowledge Translation from the IHPME at the U of T and completed my post-doctoral fellowship in 2018 at TRI-UHN. Overall, my program of research relates to the development, implementation, and evaluation of transitional care interventions, including self-management, peer support, and vocational programs, for individuals with neurological conditions. I use mixed and knowledge synthesis methods to carry out this research. My research has been recognized by several awards including a European Stroke Research Foundation Investigator Award in May 2017
