Samuel Mwangi

Samuel Mwangi received the M.Sc. degree in remote sensing (water resources) from the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation, Universiteit Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands, in 2019, and the Ph.D. degree in spatial/continental hydrology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, Toulouse, France, in 2023. He is currently a Research Engineer with the Centre d'Etudes Spatiales de la Biosphère, Toulouse, France, and URFM, Avignon, France, labs working as part of a team seeking to develop, evaluate, and benchmark evapotranspiration methods/tools to be applied for products within the TRISHNA mission. His research interests include use of earth observation data, modeling and data assimilation in land surface hydrological applications, with a broader interest in food security and climate change.
