I am a Paleolithic archaeologist interested in the evolution of human cultural behaviour. My work involves integrating experimental and computational approaches with stone artifact analysis to understand how past humans utilised and managed resources in different geographic and temporal settings. My current research focuses on the Paleolithic archaeology of East and Southeast Asia, namely the arid/semi-arid zone of North China and Eastern Indonesia.
