Bio
Dr. ALHAJJ ALI is working as a researcher at the Department of soil, plant and food science, University of Bari Aldo Moro. His research focuses on agriculture sustainability and the promotion of conservation agriculture practices to overcome problems related to environmental impacts associated with conventional practices. In particular, his research activities cover aspects related to the sustainable/efficient use of agriculture inputs, no-tillage systems and nitrogen use efficiency with reference to crop productivity and quality. He is currently working on sustainability assessment using remote sensing and proximal data to quantify soil, crop and water status. He is interested in studying climate change's impact on crop growth through simulation modelling.
