Dr. Sajad Ahmadizad is a clinical exercise physiologist works in Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences at Shahid Beheshti University. His primary research focus revolves around the investigation of exercise and cardiovascular health. He has made contributions to the fields of exercise hemorheology, hemostasis and exercise, and vascular function and exercise. His recent studies are centered on exploring the effects of HIIT and snack exercise on vascular health and cardiac autonomic nervous system.
