My research aims to characterize the role of orphan GPCRs in CNS function. This has included the relaxin-3 neuropeptide system and nucleus incertus in behaviour and brain function, focussing on interactions with limbic and stress circuitry regulating septohippocampal theta rhythm and emotional memory.
