S. Shane Frank

S. Shane Frank received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA, in 1993 and 1999, respectively. He has been with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA, since 1994, and is currently a Research and Development Staff Member with the Electronics and Embedded Systems Group. He has authored and co-authored more than 50 publications in electronics and integrated circuits. He is currently involved in the design of mixed-signal CMOS integrated circuits and sensors for harsh environment applications. His current research interests include silicon carbide integrated circuits, energy harvesting, and harsh environment electronics.
