Bio

I routinely use automated nucleic acid extractors and high throughput liquid handling robots. I am PulseNet Certified to perform whole genome sequence (WGS) analysis of food-borne pathogens such as Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, and Campylobacter. I am trained to perform high throughput SARS-CoV-2 Real-Time RT-PCR testing and data analysis. I have extensive hands-on experience processing SARS-CoV-2 for sequencing using the ARTIC protocol and Illumina DNA Prep.
