I am a Ph.D. in Botany/Forest ecology, interested in research with plant ecology, community structure, and forest ecosystems functioning. In addition to projects to reduce carbon emissions from deforestation, forest degradation, and climate change. I'm currently studying the role of environmental factors (topography, soil, and climate) on structure, diversity (taxonomic and functional), dynamics, and ecosystem functioning (biomass and carbon stock) in Brazilian Atlantic Forest.
