Couto Rodrigo de Macedo

Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Universidade Federal Fluminense - UFF (2006-2011), master's degree in molecular pathology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG (2012-2014) and PhD in public health from the University of São Paulo - USP (2015-2019) . Specialization in: i) sanitary surveillance of food (2015-2017); ii) public management (2017-2019) and; iii) health surveillance and epidemiology applied to public health (2019-2020). He has professional experience in health surveillance, epidemiological surveillance and surveillance of zoonoses when he worked as a public servant in the Health Surveillance Department of the municipalities of Itapevi/SP (2015-2018) and Mairiporã/SP (2018). Since 2020, he has been a consultant for the General Coordination for the Surveillance of Respiratory Transmitted Diseases and Chronic Conditions (CGDR) of the Ministry of Health, working in the area of ​​surveillance and epidemiology of tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteria and endemic, systemic, implantation and opportunistic mycoses.
